MiraVia LLC® provides learning-focused professional development programs and services that blend research and theory with field-tested strategies.  We offer practical resources and innovative ideas to support the work of thoughtful educators grappling with critical issues in their classrooms, schools, districts and organizations.

As a publishing, training and consulting firm, we offer introductory and in-depth seminar learning experiences, make keynote presentations and provide consulting services to educational organizations internationally.

Roads to Learning

MiraVia, LLC offers two strands of professional development for educators committed to personal and organizational improvement.

Our classroom practices strand, Creating Learning-Focused Classrooms and Schools, focuses on the design and orchestration of environments that support high success for all students.  This strand offers organizing principles and dynamic instructional strategies for engaging learners at all levels.  Areas of concentration include:

Our collaborative practices strand, Developing Professional Communities, has two vital arenas.  The first arena, Teacher-to-Teacher: Developing Learning-Focused Relationships, offers templates and tools for enhancing one-to-one relationships. The second arena, Developing Communities of Practice, offers resources and skills for developing task-focused, collaborative groups.
