Roads
to Learning
MiraVia, LLC
offers two strands of exploration for educators committed
to school improvement.
Our Classroom Practices Strand focuses
on designing learning-focused environments, planning and implementing
effective instructional strategies, and producing high success
for all students. Our Collaborative Practices
Strand addresses group development and organizational
learning. Both avenues center on the Pathways Learning Model;
a three-phase framework which is theory-driven and practitioner-tested.
Each training strand offers accessible templates, practical
tools and specific strategies for supporting learning, enhancing
thinking, and developing a greater sense of community in classrooms
and schools.
The Pathways Learning Model provides a foundation for both
students and adults that can be applied across a variety of
settings. Applications in each strand reinforce and amplify
the value of learning-focused environments and develop the
individual and organizational capabilities to create them.
This integrating quality brings a comprehensive and coherent
approach to both classroom and collegial practice.
